The Real Club de Golf El Prat is one of the most historic courses in our region. A Club that despite the two times its location has changed, it has never lost its essence. In fact, this was the first golf club in Barcelona, ​​located in the Pedralbes neighbourhood. Seeing the growing passion that this sport raised and the growth of the city, the Club had to relocate to Prat de Llobregat and that is where its name comes from.

Javier Arana was the designer of the golf club located near the Barcelona airport: a beautiful golf course, with fun holes and great atmosphere. It was not until 1997 that the course was moved between Terrassa and Sabadell, just 26 km from Barcelona and at the bottom of the mountain La Mola. Then, it was the great Greg Norman who designed the golf course we know today.

The Real Club de Golf El Prat has 45 holes that creates two competition rounds and another additional 9 holes, in a singular place for its grove, fauna and views of La Mola. You can’t just come one day to play! This Club will give you the opportunity to enjoy a golf vacation with different rounds in the same Club.

In 2020 improvements have been made on the golf course to bring members and visitors the best experience in a high-level Club. Therefore,  you can play two courses: the Pink and the Yellow.

Note that the Pink Course, well positioned in all international rankings, presents more difficulty and still a lot of fun. On the other hand, the new Yellow course, while remaining true to the characteristics of  the Real Club de golf El Prat, with wide fairways perfect for big hitters, elevated greens with interesting breaks and high rough, is perfect for all levels of amateur golf.

Anyway, what they all have in common are their magnificent Bentgrass greens, as well as those in Augusta National, which await the most precise players.

If your golf vacation also includes the whole family, El Prat makes it easy for you. With 2 courses to choose from, you will always find a tee time for the whole family. The Real Club de Golf El Prat has a large practice area with putting greens, driving range and an approach area where you can improve your swing.
